These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Partomatik platform operated by Koha-Tech sp. z o. o., with registered office at Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warszawa, Poland, KRS: 0001183713, NIP: 5253054129, REGON: 54225638100000 ('Company', 'we', 'us'). By accessing or using Partomatik, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Partomatik is an online platform that helps car owners find compatible parts for their vehicles and track maintenance schedules. We provide vehicle identification services, part compatibility matching, and maintenance tracking tools. We act as an intermediary platform connecting users with parts suppliers.
You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle when using our services. You are responsible for verifying that parts are compatible with your vehicle before purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree not to use our platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms.
Payment terms, delivery times, and shipping costs are determined by the individual suppliers. Partomatik facilitates the connection but is not a party to the purchase agreement between you and the supplier. All transactions are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.
Return and refund policies are determined by individual suppliers. Generally, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Contact the supplier directly for return instructions. Partomatik may assist in facilitating returns but is not responsible for supplier return policies.
Partomatik provides compatibility information to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. You are responsible for verifying part compatibility before installation. We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect part selection, installation errors, or supplier issues. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Polish law.
All content on Partomatik, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Koha-Tech sp. z o. o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Partomatik shall be resolved in the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland. For consumers, the provisions of mandatory consumer protection law apply.
